2. Who do you serve?
We support solo practitioners, boutique firms, and growing litigation teams—especially those handling first-party property claims, personal injury cases, insurance disputes, and general civil litigation. Whether you have 5 or 50+ active matters, we adapt to your workflow.
3. Are you licensed attorneys?
No. DocketEdge™ is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All work is prepared under your direction and must be reviewed and approved by your licensed attorney before use.
4. What services do you offer?
We offer:
Demand letters
Drafting of petitions, motions, responses, and pleadings

5. Do you offer bilingual services?
Yes. We assist with Spanish-language intake, client communication, and document summaries. However, we do not offer fully bilingual demand letters or pleadings at this time.
6. How does membership work?
We offer flexible two-year memberships starting at 12 active cases per month. You’ll be assigned a dedicated case manager and receive priority turnaround. Overflow pricing is available if your caseload temporarily increases.
7. Do you offer one-time or a la carte services?
Yes. You can order support on a per-case basis without a membership. This is ideal for firms who need help with a single project or want to try our services before subscribing.
8. Will you contact or file anything with the court or opposing counsel?
No. DocketEdge™ does not file, serve, or send documents to courts or third parties. All drafts are submitted to you for review and approval. You maintain full control over what is filed, delivered, or served.
9. Can you work with my existing systems and preferences?
Yes. We tailor our work to match your preferred format, tone, and system—whether that’s Clio, Dropbox, CaseMap, OneDrive, or email. We also adapt to firm-specific style and formatting preferences.
10. How fast is your turnaround?
Standard turnaround is typically 24–72 hours, depending on task complexity and membership level. Rush services may be available for time-sensitive assignments.
11. How is pricing structured?
We offer:
Membership Pricing: Starting at $3,000/month for up to 12 active cases.
Overflow Support: Available per case beyond your monthly plan.
A La Carte Pricing: Available upon request for firms without a membership.

12. Do you require long-term contracts?
Memberships run for a two-year term. You may pause active work temporarily with written notice, but early termination may be subject to cancellation fees outlined in your agreement.
13. What is your cancellation policy?
A la carte services: Non-refundable once work begins.
Memberships: May be canceled with 30 days’ written notice, subject to terms of the signed service agreement.
No refunds are offered for completed work, but we do work with you to resolve any concerns promptly.
14. What are your service boundaries?
We do not:
Provide legal advice
Represent clients in court
File or serve documents
Conduct depositions
Appear on the record
Draft bilingual pleadings
All services are limited to attorney-directed drafting, case support, and litigation assistance behind the scenes.
